A bold, modular identity for a refurbished office development in King’s Cross, London.
Developed in collaboration with We Like Today for Bywater, the identity takes inspiration from the building’s distinctive waffle-slab concrete ceilings, translating their repetitive geometric forms into a flexible visual language.

At the heart of the identity is a modular graphic system derived from the building’s exposed concrete structure. Reinterpreting the rhythm and geometry of the waffle slabs, the system creates a series of bold graphic forms and a distinctive custom typeface, giving the brand a visual character that feels intrinsic to the architecture.
